Delivery is through Mythic Gaming’s elected courier services. A tracking number and the tracking page link to keep track of your order will be supplied to you.
We deliver nationally in South Africa – deliveries to main city centres are usually quicker.
Our delivery lead times are about 1 to 4 working days as a standard to main cities with door to door courier. Should anything change, we’ll be in contact with you.
Deliveries are only made on business days and on occasion Saturdays (Sundays, and Public Holidays are excluded).
For orders outside the main city centres, please allow additional time for delivery.
Your order will be processed once we have received your payment in full and once it has cleared in Mythic Gaming’s bank account.
Mythic Gaming does not take responsibility for orders delivered to an address (supplied by you) that is incomplete or incorrect and you will be responsible for any delivery and other fees incurred.
If you refuse a package on delivery, you will be liable for all the delivery fees.
Collections are available by prior arrangement only. If you are in Johannesburg/Gauteng area and would like to arrange collection, send us an email or phone us and we will try our best to accommodate you. We are an online store and as such do not have a retail store front. Orders that are being collected need to be fully paid and cleared before the goods are handed over to you the customer.
